Best Time to Visit Nepal

Between October and December (winter) is the best time to visit Nepal by road as the skies are generally clear and the views spectacular. Days are warm and dry.

If you go to the high altitude, the months of December till late February experience really pleasant and cozy days but extremely cold nights. During this time, you can go to explore the amazing wildlife of Nepal in Chitwan and Bardia National Parks.

Spring and autumn (March – May) is the best times for doing trek. This is the season when Nepal experiences a large number of travellers and trekkers, and to meet like-minded travellers. This is the best time for “Everest base camp trek”.

Spring and autumn is the best season to visit the Mustang Valley, Kathmandu, Pokhara and Nagarkot.
