Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make and accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions').

The Booking

Your contract is with Noble Holidays Tours Pvt. Ltd. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant section must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.

PRICES

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices quoted are subject to change at any time until full payment is received from the Client and tickets issued. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the products or services. On account of such price change, Travel Tours reserves the right to recover applicable surcharges to make up for foreign currency fluctuations, changes in the various cross rate of exchange, fuel costs and the like if any. Further, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated.

Deposit

Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 25% of the tour cost, be paid to the company at time of booking.

Passports & Visas

To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.


METHOD OF PAYMENT - CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS, ELECTRONIC TRANSFER AND PAYMENT BY CHEQUE, CASH

Prices are valid for payment by Credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.

Cheques are accepted but take up to four (4) business days to clear, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Travel Tours. Please note that electronic payments may take up to two (2) business days to process.

If you are paying by this method you will need to pay at least two (2)business days prior to the actual due date. Please provide us with the bank confirmation number of the electronic payment made for faster reconciliation at our end. You must notify your consultant of your payment once it has been made. Where you pay by cheque, you agree not to stop payment of the cheque even when you cancel a booking. You agree that we may apply the proceeds of the cheque to satisfy any liability you have to us, including any liability in respect of cancellation fees, before refunding the balance to you. Travel documents will not be issued until full payment with cleared funds is received.

As per the government of India regulations, customers will have to provide photocopies of their Income Tax PAN (Permanent Account Number) card to Travel Tours, for all bookings above INR 25000 in value.


Cancellation and Changes by the Company

a) Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose (i) to accept the change of arrangements (ii) to purchase another holiday from us or (iii) to cancel your holiday.

b) No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal changes to departure and arrival times, changes to the type of aircraft used and restaurant and accommodation changes to a comparable or superior standard.

c) Major changes include cancellation, changes to your airport and delays in departure or return by more than 12 hours and accommodation changes to an inferior standard of accommodation.

d) Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control. It is essential that you take out adequate travel insurance.

e) The Company reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the date of departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent. If your holiday is cancelled the Company will refund in full the money you have already paid. No compensation will be payable.

f) Transportation is subject to the conditions of carriage of the carrier, some of which may limit or exclude liability. These conditions are often the subject of international agreement between countries and copies of the conditions, which apply to your holiday journey, will normally be found on the carrier’s tickets.

g) If you fail to pay the balance of the holiday price at least 30 days before departure, the Company will treat the booking as cancelled and levy the cancellation charges.

h) The company also has the right to refuse any person as a member of the tour; if in their opinion that person could endanger the health, safety and enjoyment of others on the tour. In any of the events mentioned above, the company’s sole liability and the client’s sole remedy will be limited to a refund of any monies paid, less the amount for services already utilised plus administrative fees.


Cancellation and Changes by Guest

a) You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

  • 30 days or more 50% of Deposit
  • 15 – 30 days 100% of Deposit
  • 8 – 15 days 80% of Tour Cost
  • 1 – 7 days 100% of Tour Cost

b) After the itinerary is confirmed, the client is permitted free of administration charges one set of amendments, though will be liable for any added cost this may add to the tour, including airline charges, hotels etc.

Any further modifications, which are instigated by the client, will incur a charge of Rs.2000/- due to communication and administration expenses that may have incurred.


Our Responsibilities

a) The Company does not own or manage the aircraft, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities used in conjunction with the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of travel, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities, the Company have not had the opportunity to inspect and do not represent that such aircraft, accommodation, restaurants, and other facilities and services have been inspected.

b) The Company is not responsible if you or any member of your party suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to (i) the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or (ii) those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday, or (iii) an event which neither the Company or the service provider could have foreseen or prevented even with due care.

c) Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity, which does not form part of the holiday the Company, has arranged for you the Company cannot accept liability. The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate.

d) The Company regret that no refund will be made on unused tickets where travel, sporting event or other types of ticket, unless a refund can be obtained from the carrier or provider.
